FEELIN GOOD!

I am sorry I am a bad Peru missionary and don´t update, but somehow, I always...yes, always...get the cursed computer. Take right now for example. My mouse does not work on the right side of the screen, and my keyboard is having issues!!!

Anyway, thank you all for your prayers! I hear everyday that somebody new is praying for me! How exciting, and it is sooo working!!! I am not saying that prayer team is superior or anything, but I will say that I was the only one that did not get sick...Well, not as bad, at least...

Our group is coming in this afternoon, and I am sooo excited!!! I have heard rumors of a care package that my mother has sent, and it has HOMEMADE cookies in it!!! Woohoo! If only it had some good ol´ North Amerian skim milk...OK, so maybe that wouldn´t work out well, but I sure would really like some!

Well, I have to go, but as I promised, I will talk about Rosita Ramos first. She is a...well...¨singer¨ here in Peru. In fact, she wrote her songs about all the little pueblos in which we are working this summer, and she proceded to film her...um...¨music videos¨ here. Well...Rosita sounds like an injured three year old, and they play her NONSTOP!!! At the fiesta talent show, there were about ten acts, all done to Rosita, in some form, and that is what we wake up to every morning. So...if you have no vocal talent what so ever and still wish to become famous, I know how. Unfortunately, so does Rosita...

OK...I will talk to everybody soon. Seeing as we have internet here, we are trying to get on AIM as often as possible. If you add me (swimminsally), say hey when you see me on, because I don´t have screen names here. We are going to be on today between one and two. Also, I fixed my blog, so I expect everybody to comment! Thanks guys!!!

  • Hopefully yall figured out that I sent some stuff with the June team, and just possibly between Drew and Ross, they figured it all out. (Good luck with that!) I can't wait to see you...I try to pick up my phone to call you all the time and I can't! I miss you sooo much! Just like I told Audra, I seem to cry way too much about yall being gone, so August better come quickly. -Becca
